NeoDocto Regional Marketing Manager Job brief

The purpose of the position is to co-ordinate regional marketing activities for the Head of Global Sales marketing and to tailor marketing activities to regional needs throughout the Asia Pacific region, excluding Japan. The role holder will also be responsible for supporting the initiatives client support team

The Role-Holder is responsible for supporting regional initiatives, coordinating with regional agencies and project management of regional projects across specialist marketing teams and promoting good communication of activities at a regional level. They are recognised as a specialist in the delivery of marketing solutions and as a coordinator and project manager of marketing activities applying internal processes in an efficient and consistent manner. They ensure that all regional activities take into account targets and the existing marketing, event and communication guidelines and that these activities stay within budget.

The Role-Holder is also responsible for collating information on a regional level to assist with market research studies and client needs (internal and external). This information is used to formulate and implement market and business development activities. It is also used to support the regional unit in its sales activities (such as campaign management), client acquisition initiatives and/or client retention initiatives. They are responsible for the efficient management of interfaces between sales and internal marketing resources. They develop and utilise a network of key influencers (including PR, media buyers and creative firms) who can provide services and information and contribute to business results.

• Develop deep knowledge of the regional market place and our relative positioning in it, and educate marketing managers and other marketing team members on the region

• Keep current as regards marketing practices and competitor activity and facilitate distribution of information to business area and marketing

• Manage day to day activities with regional creative agency/media buyer, maintain schedules and liaise in timely manner with marketing utility.

• Support preparation of the advertising briefs and the creative and quality control standards for advertising/promotional material

• Assist in co-ordination with regional PR firm and local journalist enquiries

• Monitor regional invoicing and ensure appropriate sign off

• Support regional requirements on regional /corporate website

• Keep abreast of local regulatory requirements In association with other units of Marketing.

• Project manage any regional materials production, assist with the proofreading of materials and co-ordinate with local compliance

• Assist in Internal Communications on PR activities

• Assist with client support activities and initiatives, event planning, and local requirements eg handouts, brochures, invites etc and provide local support during events

NeoDocto Regional Marketing Manager Requirements

• Detail knowledge of full range of marketing activities

• Experienced in marketing in asset management company or equivalent

• Knowledge of the regional market place

• Some understanding of business line activities

• Good project management and organisational skills

• Strong team player

• Excellent communicator

• Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Ability to work with all levels of seniority of colleagues and across all functions/business lines
