NeoDocto Marketing Data Analyst Job brief

The Marketing Data Analyst will provide analytic and strategic support to NeoDocto’s Marketing Team with a specific focus on understanding customer trends, customer journeys, as well as campaign and channel performance.

The analyst will be responsible for the efficient and accurate preparation and presentation of high quality insights and marketing reports on a regular basis. The analysis of customer behavior and loyalty / retention trends by leveraging multiple data sources, base data in EDW / OBI and Adobe Analytics / Campaign are also an important part of the role.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in manipulating and analyzing large data sets and should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.

NeoDocto Marketing Data Analyst Responsibilities

• Collaborate with performance and brand marketing team members, and the product / engineering teams to enable decision support and key customer insights through data analysis, modeling and exploration

• Use quantitative data gathered from customer database and web analytics tools to develop an understanding of customer behavior (past, present, and future) and campaign performance, to make strategic recommendations and predictions to business users and the marketing team

• Apply statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulate recommendations and predictions for teams to inform future campaigns and channel strategies

NeoDocto Marketing Data Analyst Requirements

• Most important skill is self-motivation and the successful candidate will take accountability and ownership of his / her work, be proud of what he / she does and hold himself / herself to a very high standard

• Bachelor's degree in some area of learning that involves analytics and / or data models. Or Marketing (with an analytic focus) from a top educational institution or other quantitative fields with relevant business experience also considered.

• Experience with data modeling, data mining, and predictive analysis

• Experience with relational databases (SQL, Microsoft Access, etc.)

• Command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel critical

• Experience with Adobe Analytics is also critical

• Experience with brand and channel marketing analytics is critical
